DotFlow (the “App”) is a free puzzle game operated by RANRAN Solutions (RANRANソリューションズ, the “Operator”). This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Operator

The App is operated by RANRAN Solutions (Japanese name: RANRANソリューションズ).

2. Information we collect

The App does not require an account. Progress and settings are stored on the device. We do not send progress to our own servers.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

We show ads through Google AdMob to operate the App. Google may collect advertising IDs, device and app information, IP address, approximate location, and interaction data to serve, measure, and prevent fraud. See Google’s policies and AdMob’s documentation.

4. Consent

In regions where required (such as the EEA), Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) collects ad consent. iOS may also ask for tracking permission (ATT). Depending on your region, you can reopen ad privacy settings from Settings.

5. Children

The App is not designed with an age gate, but it shows ads. Guardians should review the device’s ad and tracking settings.

6. Retention

On-device progress remains until you uninstall the App or use Reset progress in Settings. Ad-related data follows Google’s policies.
